A couple of months on, and I’m still thinking about this moment.

Standing on that TEDxTruro stage was one of those experiences that stays with you. Not just because of the stage itself, but because of the conversations, reflections and unexpected connections that followed.

It’s easy to think the impact of a talk ends when you walk off the stage.

I’m learning that’s often where it begins.

I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who listened, shared, reached out and continued the conversation afterwards.

I’ve come to realise that, for some people, the trust started that day.

And sometimes, that’s the most valuable thing you can build.
