Excited!! - Ready for the 1st Mortgage Workshop next week!

Starting from next week I will be visiting local companies near you!!

Mortgage Workshop Day at your workplace-an informal, informative event designed to offer your team expert guidance on all things mortgage-related, whether they're first-time buyers, looking to remortgage, or simply want to better understand their current situation.

The concept is simple: I will be available on-site throughout the day, and employees can drop in for a chat at their convenience. These one-to-one sessions can cover a wide range of topics, including:

• Understanding mortgage options
• Reviewing current mortgage deals
• Remortgaging and saving on interest
• Government schemes (Help to Buy, Shared Ownership, etc.)
• Preparing financially for home ownership

The aim is to provide a no-pressure, value-added service to your staff that helps them make more confident financial decisions-without taking time off work or booking formal appointments elsewhere.

I am always happy to tailor the day to suit your schedule and company culture, and of course, all discussions with employees would be entirely confidential and obligation-free.
