As part of our Food Safety and Quality Campaign, we're dedicating the month of May to one of the most important pillars of food safety: allergen controls.

Robust allergen management protects consumers, meets legal requirements, and ensures the accuracy of the claims we make on our products. Getting these claims right is essential to consumer trust and safety.

Strong allergen controls are not just a compliance requirement; they’re a shared responsibility that underpins the integrity of every product we make.

Throughout May, we’re reinforcing the behaviours and high standards that keep our products safe, including preventing cross‑contamination, validating cleaning, and ensuring accurate labelling and clear communication across our sites.

Allergen control is more than a technical discipline - it’s a promise to our consumers. A promise that every product we make is safe for the people who trust us every day.

At 2 Sisters, food safety and quality aren’t standalone initiatives - they’re part of our DNA and this campaign reflects our continued dedication to delivering safe, high-quality food that consumers trust.

A strong food safety and quality culture isn’t optional - it’s essential. Together, we’re building that culture, one month at a time.
