Making Tax Digital (MTD) is well under way and going really well - our biggest issue is clients not being ready in time so if we’ve told you already you are going in next year please get on with and get ready now and don’t leave it until the last minute, you have instructions on what to do if you need help please don’t hesitate to ask. Thanks to all the wonderful clients who have recently sent your tax information in, we are now absolutely stacked out for the whole month of June and possibly some of July. There is therefore about a months back log so please bear with us. If you are applying for mortgages remember you’ll need to give us time to prepare your taxes before you re apply. We work on a first come first served basis so we get to you in turn. Keep it coming but please be patient.

And the moral to the story kids is don’t use dodgy accountants or someone who says they can “do your tax return cheap” without knowing about the problems they can cause you or the consequences they will be long gone and it will all be on you the tax payer
