Hi people as you can tell I don't really do business Facebook. However I feel I should post after watching the news headlines .. Mortgage rates rocket to over 5% NO !! I have available 3.97% on a 5 year deal and 4.48% if you have just a 10% deposit. Please don't listen to the BBC talk to a broker. Love Jen xx

100% Mortgages are back !!!! So NO DEPOSIT !!! If you are a first time buyer and have a history of renting a property I now have a lender who will look at your rental track record instead, this can be used on different property types from New build homes to previously owned flats !

Is your current mortgage deal ending before November ? If so you are in the window to review your options. Your current provider will only tell you about their own deals which can typically only be reserved 3 -4 months in advance. Where as a broker can access many lenders, thousands of products and secure rates up to 6 months in advance !!! 😀

The base rate increased again last week and is now at 4.25%. Fixed rate mortgages however are available from 3.94%... So if your mortgage is due for renewal in the next 6 months chat to your broker 😁🏠🏚

RATE REDUCTION.. Just had an email informing me a lender is repricing down tomorrow 🙃 not massively but like Tesco every little helps ! I expect the next few days/ weeks will be fast moving and changing quickly... Stay In touch with your broker if you are currently looking to buy or remortgage .

Good Morning people thought I should pop a quick update on given the crazy unfounded stories currently circulating in the media.

Lenders are NOT pulling offers if your mortgage has offered your rate is secured.

If your mortgage application is in subject to normal checks your rate is secured.

Rates have not shot up to 10%😡 This morning available NOW! even if you only have a 5% deposit I have fixed rates from 4.59% with no fees, other products with higher deposits from 2.39%

If you are concerned about your circumstances , just ask myself or your broker we will explain your options
