You have to pay UK tax on rental income from an overseas property. But if you rent out more than one, you can offset losses against other overseas properties.

Do you rent out your overseas property?

If so, you should declare this on your Self Assessment tax return by the 31 Jan 2024.

If you have previously undeclared income from overseas property, you can tell us by using the Worldwide Disclosure Facility.
