📆 UK SA - TAX POINTS 💰

Where is 2026 going?!

As we already head into March, we begin to approach the new tax year. Here are a few points to consider:

1) If you need to file a Self-Assessment for 25/26, ensure you are registered for SA with HMRC and have your personal income records organised and ready.

2) Was your "qualifying income" (i.e. self-employed turnover/rental income) over £50,000 in 24/25? If so, you will likely need to consider the MTD for Income Tax changes from April 2026.
