We are delighted to announce that, as of 20th October 2025, our firm will be joining the bk plus group. bk plus is one of the UK’s fastest-growing accountancy and advisory firms, supporting over 30 local offices across England and Scotland. Like us, they focus on owner-managed businesses—providing practical, straightforward advice that helps clients make confident decisions.
We have chosen bk plus with great care. Most importantly, they share our ethos—placing personal client service at the heart of everything they do. They are committed to ensuring we continue to operate just as we have, which is incredibly important to us.
We will remain at our current premises on City Road, Stoke-on-Trent, under the leadership of Karen, Carl, Dean, and Chris, alongside our existing team. Other than a change in our name, signage, and email addresses, you should notice very little difference in your day-to-day experience with us.
However, as part of bk plus, we now have access to additional support and enhanced services, including:
Banking & Finance Team – Assistance with raising finance, negotiating terms, business planning, funding structures, forecasting, and resolving funding disputes.
Restructuring Team – Advice on debt-related matters and the ability to carry out solvent liquidations for our clients.
Corporate Finance Team – for strategic planning, funding, and business growth.
While not all clients will require these services, it’s reassuring to know they are available should the need arise.
