BTL mortgage completed in just over 36 working hours!

Last Tuesday evening one of my affilates Matthew Robson of Blue Skies Property Investment introduced me to a client in need.

The client had spent 6 months and 2 val fees trying to refinance her serviced accommodation BTL that Matt and the team had sourced and continue to manage for her.

With her previous broker struggling she was advised to engage an expert… he was unavailable, so she settled for me 😂

I submitted the app to Shawbrook Bank at 10am Wednesday morning and Luke Harrison jumped straight on it. The property qualified for an AVM and PEXA so we had the offer sent out at 3pm the same day.

Having worked with Victoria Hayden on several other cases, I knew that the completion process would be swift. By Friday solicitors were engaged with Kirstie Corbett of PURE LAW LLP jumping straight on the case!!

Now, Kirstie is top class but the one issue I have is that she does deprive me of my favourite pastime of chasing solicitors for completion 😜

We have just completed today at around 2.45 so we managed to complete a new-to-bank BTL in just over 4 working days!

I think I’m more proud of this that I was of my bridge completion last year that we managed to get done in 8 working hours!

Thank you Dylan Bleasdale for keeping an eye on the case making sure we get this done as quickly as possible!

This must be some kind of record right???
