🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Operations Manager – Oremus Group (UK)
📍 Birkenhead & Southport
💷 Salary: £30,000–£35,000

Oremus Group is continuing to grow across the UK, supporting clients nationwide under multiple brands. I’m now looking for a Business Operations Manager to work closely with me as UK Chief Exec and keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly across both offices.
This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely enjoys taking ownership and making sure the business runs properly. You’ll coordinate between departments, oversee operational standards, support our credit control function, and maintain strong communications with our clients and our India-based accounts and IT teams.
What the role involves:
• Working directly with me to support operational performance across the UK
• Coordinating day-to-day activity across Birkenhead & Southport
• Ensuring systems and processes are followed across all our brands
• Leading credit control and supporting healthy cashflow
• Speaking with clients daily to ensure a high-quality service
• Working with our India teams on accounts and IT support
• Keeping workflows, deadlines, and standards tight and consistent
What I’m looking for:
• Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with clients and senior team members
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Good with IT systems and able to coordinate with remote IT support
• Practical, solutions-focused, and proactive
• Experience in accountancy or professional services is helpful but not essential
