Looking to rent a unit in any of the following postcodes please; BH24, SO40, SO43 or SP6. Now here is the hard part! Needs to be around 1200 square ft or as near as, so doesn’t qualify for business rates. Needs to be secure parking for the showroom ideally inside but would consider outside if secure, and needs access for an artic to receive deliveries once a fortnight. Electric, water and WC facilities required.
