Postings, deployments and changing circumstances mean your property plans definitely need to move with you. We’ve got it covered!

Getting on the property ladder does create stability when life is unpredictable. The Armed Forces Help to Buy scheme can support that next step, offering interest-free loans of up to 50% of salary, capped at £25,000, towards a deposit. Working with lenders who understand military income and allowances can make a real difference to how smoothly a purchase goes.

The Forces Help to Buy scheme is separate from your mortgage. It's a loan from the Ministry of Defence that can be used alongside a normal residential mortgage. When applying for a mortgage, lenders will take the loan into account as part of their affordability assessment.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

No matter how many times they go, homecomings always mean something special!

Last Friday, many service personnel returned safely to UK soil following their deployment on HMS Prince of Wales, bringing an end to months apart from their families.

For Darren, Kieran and Fay, it was an especially meaningful day as they welcomed home a son, a brother and a much-loved member of their family.
