Making Tax Digital (MTD) is officially here, but what exactly does this mean for your business? This week we'll be sharing daily information to help you get the right systems in place for MTD.

What is MTD? 🤔
For landlords & sole traders earning over £50,000, this will mean a change to how you report your income and expenses to HMRC from April 2026.

In basic forms, MTD is a move towards a fully digital tax system to make tax reporting more accurate and efficient. This means:

✔️Using compatible software
✔️Keeping digital records
✔️Submitting tax quarterly

With the right systems in place this can help you save time and get a better visibility of your finances.

Is your business affected? Get in touch with our team today to find out how we can help you through this change.
