I’m launching a free 12-week coaching pilot scheme for a maximum of 3 service-based business owners.

This isn’t traditional business coaching focused only on isolated issues like pricing, marketing, systems or staffing, although those things may form part of the journey.

The starting point is different.

We’ll begin by looking at what you actually want your business to do for you.

More freedom?
More income?
Less stress?
A better work-life balance?
More time with your family?
The ability to step back from the day-to-day?

From there, we’ll work backwards and look at how your business needs to be re-engineered to support those personal goals.

The pilot scheme will run for 12 weeks and is completely free. In return, I’ll be asking for honest feedback to help shape and improve the coaching programme before it is launched more widely.

This is best suited to owners of established service-based businesses who feel their business has potential, but want more clarity, structure and direction around how it can help them build the life they actually want.

We closed our books in mid-December with the intention of reopening on 1 February. However, due to a continued flow of referrals and a busy start to the year, we made the decision to remain closed a little longer.

We’re pleased to say that we’ve now reopened and are accepting new clients once again.
