💼 supervises court-appointed deputies
💼 investigates concerns about attorneys or deputies abusing their powers
💼 supports the Court of Protection

There are two types of LPA:

🏡 Property and Financial Affairs - this is the most common type of LPA that allows your nominated attorneys to deal with your financial affairs.
❤️‍🩹 Health and Welfare - this gives your attorneys the authority to make decisions on your behalf regarding your health and care needs.
