Control over your organisation helps to lead it in the right direction and achieve goals. But would you be able to lead the ship to the port without good navigation skills? Or by looking at the weather from yesterday? How can you follow the strategy and reach goals by moving backwards? You can be the best Captain but without a skilled crew, proper tools and flexible co-operation, you will not succ

eed. End of year accounts and historical financial information are out of date! It is insufficient for decision making. We will help you with:

• Effective cost control - We base our work on continuous improvement. We will help you define processes within your organisation and allocate costs to activites.

• Waste removal - Cost control will allow your organisation to spot wasted money and maybe even find possible sources of income?

• Cash flow management - Cash flow differs from Profit and loss. We may have £40 000 of profit and £0 cash due to customers who haven’t paid yet. We offer you up to date cash flow 24/7 and we will prepare forecast for next months to keep your company prepared. That will protect your organisation against over spending.

• Profit or loss?? - It is crucial to know at any time whether your organisation made a loss or profit. Can the sales margin cover all other costs? Do you know a breakeven point for your organisation?
We will prepare up to date monthly profit and loss accounts or to whatever your requirements are.

• Compliance - we sepcialise in Construction . The CIS scheme and compliance will not be a problem any longer

We offer tax advice and planning for your organisation, prepare VAT, payroll, tax and capital allowances computations and statutory accounts. End of year accounts will be expected, controlled and …no more surprises. We offer high quality management accountancy services, planning and businee advice based on a proactive approach. A £15,000 spend on a service he didn’t need.

But because he wasn’t looking at the numbers regularly enough, he was paying for it anyway.

✅ Our customer does a great job.
✅ He has a great relationship with his customers.
✅ They were pleased with his work.
✅And they paid him promptly.

But he didn’t see it. Or appreciate what it meant for his business.

So he kept on paying for a factoring service he didn’t need.

When we, together, took a closer look at the numbers and mapped out his cashflow, he understood.

⚠️ The extra money he shelled out every month to protect his business wasn’t needed.

⚠️ His cashflow was healthier than he realised.

⚠️ That £15,000 cost could have been extra profit.

Avoiding the numbers never pays off.

It isn’t just about spotting problems sooner so you can take action to remedy them faster.

Paying closer attention also reveals opportunities to take out unnecessary costs.

And those unnecessary costs?

You transform them into additional profit that stays in your pocket.

Which costs could you strip out without impacting service delivery?

What would that mean for your bottom line?
