So following my 40th in November it’s safe to say I went back to my old ways of not tracking anything in terms of food and drink and therefore through December I went from 19st 2 to 20st 1lb 👎🏻

Time to refocus and get back on track for 2026 and beyond with a kick start using the Strong8 programme from .

Dry January and February alongside structure for training and nutrition, let’s see what’s possible….
