So, recently I had a bad review pop up on Google from someone I’ve never spoken to, had any contact with, or even heard of. I’m not sure if it was a case of mistaken identity or just someone with nothing better to do, but it really got to me more than I expected. When you work so hard to build your business one random comment can feel huge
But this morning I woke up to the loveliest review from one of my actual clients and its completely turned my day around. It’s amazing how one genuine bit of kindness can outweigh the bad and remind you why you do what you do.
A reminder that the people who actually know me and work with me see the real picture.
