We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our growing team.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

▪️ General bookkeeping duties, including the use of various cloud accounting software
▪️ Bank reconciliations
▪️ Preparation and submission of VAT returns
▪️ Payroll processing
▪️ PAYE reconciliation work
▪️ Engage with clients to resolve queries
▪️ Telephone answering
▪️ Liaising with clients

𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬

▪️ Good computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
▪️ Experience with Payroll and PAYE (preferred)
▪️ Friendly and approachable
▪️ Team player
▪️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
▪️ Ambitious, self-motivated and able to work towards deadlines
▪️ Good organisational and time management skills
▪️ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
▪️ Knowledge of accounting systems including Sage & Xero (essential)
