🎉 Today we're celebrating 10 years of at Becketts! 🎉

⭐ A big shout out to our director Dominic McLoughney, ending his year as the Personal Finance Society's Chartered Financial Planner of the Year 2025/26, by welcoming the newest Chartered Financial Planners and Fellows into our profession! 👨‍🎓⭐

Dom had the honour of opening this year’s graduation ceremony, in front of a couple of hundred graduates, peers and their families

Dom's focus this year has been on three things close to his heart:

📈 Raising standards across the profession
🤝 Bringing new talent into financial planning
🔀 Helping people switch from other careers into this one

So standing up to talk about what financial planning has given Dom, and how much is still ahead for all of us, felt like the perfect full stop 🙌

🏅 Chartered status and Fellowship are two of the highest qualifications a financial planner can earn, and they don’t come easily.

They take years of study, commitment and intellect, often squeezed into late nights, weekends and early mornings around young families.

We believe in high-quality financial planning. We believe it changes lives.

And having seen the calibre of this year’s graduates, we’ve never been more excited about where our profession is heading.
