National financial advice firm Continuum (Financial Services) LLP has launched a workplace solution targeting private sector businesses of up to 250 employees.

Continuum Workplace offers a "personalised one-to-one advice service" for employees covering financial planning areas including mortgages, life insurance, investing, retirement, tax planning and a ‘wellbeing' programme.

The wellbeing programme will aim to offer financial help to understand and achieve goals and objectives; and mental health support to help with life's challenges, with guidance and support when needed.

Continuum managing partner Martin Brown said: "There are few advisory firms able to deliver to both the business and to individual colleagues. That is what Continuum Workplace primarily sets out to address."

Continuum saw assets under influence rise to £2.4bn last year, a 23% increase on 2023.
