We want to reassure you that this issue is not related to our internal systems — it sits entirely within Companies House’ own WebFiling platform.

You may also receive an email from Companies House regarding this. Please don’t dismiss it as spam — it is likely to be a legitimate communication.

The issue arose due to a vulnerability in their system, which may have allowed unauthorised access to certain company records.

If you do have a company we would suggest you check the details Companies House hold to ensure they are correct.
