We’re looking for a reliable and organised Admin Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly.
This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of a busy accountancy practice. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and a key part of helping the team work efficiently.
This is a part-time position - approximately 20 hours per week.
*Key Responsibilities*
-Answering incoming phone calls and welcoming clients
-Photocopying, scanning and general filing duties
-Maintaining organised digital and paper records
-Reconciling company credit card and petty cash transactions
-Onboarding new clients and preparing standard documentation
-Ordering stationery and managing office supplies
-Supporting the team with general administrative tasks as needed
*What We’re Looking For*
-Friendly, helpful and confident speaking with clients
-Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
-Comfortable multitasking in a busy office environment
-Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
-Previous admin experience is ideal, but attitude and reliability matter most

-Salary £12.50-£15.00 per hour (DOE)
