It’s not a choice for Directors of Limited Companies and PSC (Persons of Significant Control) to comply and the new regulation has been in place since November. Important reminder: If you are both a director and a person with significant control (PSC) of the same company, you must provide your personal code separately for each role.

❌ Your identity verification journey won’t be complete until this is done.

PSC deadlines are different from director deadlines. If you’re a PSC, you must provide your personal code within your allocated 14-day period. It cannot be provided earlier.
