It’s not just about what you do, but how you make people feel!
After all these years why is empathy still one of our most important points of culture? and Why should it be for every business?
It’s because small business owners experience some of the greatest levels of emotional pressure in the professional world, this is how many of them feel:
❗ Unsupported – Despite creating over 99% of the jobs in this country there’s very little government funding or protection to help them grow and survive
❗ Uncertain – Whilst expert coaches are adamant that business is an equation there’s always anxiety when your livelihood and savings are on the line
❗ Drained – 4 years of Covid, Brexit and the cost of living crisis means that our entrepreneurs have the poorest levels of mental health out of the developed economies.
We’re adamant that we won’t be part of the problem! That’s why we have our three hour response target when replying to a customer and we don’t charge extra for it.
Even though something may seem minor to us, being able to get back to someone who is worried can make the difference between them being able to sleep soundly or lying awake wracked with anxiety.
