M A Smith, Chartered Accountants Chartered Accountancy Services Mark Smith has work in the accountancy sector for over 20 years and qualified as an ACA in 2005.

On 11th June 2012 Mark commenced trading as a sole practitioner under the name M A Smith. The firm offers its services to sole traders, partnerships, limited companies, mutual societies and charities. These services include preparation of the following:

- Financial statements, including statutory accounts for filing at Companies House
- Self Assessment Tax Returns
- Corporation Tax Returns
- VAT

Returns
- Payroll
- Company Secretarial
- Bookkeeping

Where relevant all the necessary online filing will also be carried out. All clients will be provided with a free initial consultation meeting to assess their needs and tailor the service accordingly. A fixed fee quotation will be provided withing 24 hours of this meeting. In addition appointments can be made out of office hours if this proves to be more convenient.
