When Pilates entrepreneur Nicci Rowlands first sat down with our Business Advisory team, PilatEASE was already gaining momentum.

The challenge wasn't demand.

It was creating a clear plan for growth.

Through a half day One Page Plan session with our Advisory team, Nicci stepped back from the day-to-day, clarified her priorities, and created a roadmap for scaling the business.

A huge congratulations to our accounts assistant Kathryn Graham, who was recognised at the NCASS - Northern Chartered Accountants Students' Society Teesside Dinner with an award for her Advanced Stage examination success – an outstanding achievement and one that we are incredibly proud of! 👏

We would also like to recognise the efforts of our team members Jasmine Berry, Rebecca Wood and Nicole Ing, who each played a key role in organising the highly successful event. Jasmine, in her role as NCASS Treasurer and Teesside representative, worked alongside Rebecca, Secretary to the CU Peat Prize Trustees, and Nicole to deliver a fantastic evening celebrating the next generation of accounting professionals.
