COMPANIES HOUSE CONFIRMATION CERTIFICATES:
These are important.
Don't ignore the reminders as they will strike your Company off and if you have money in your bank at that time then it is gone.

Can I also remind all you Directors out there that you must verify your existence.
That verification must be in place even to file the Confirmation Certificates.

Trust me, get it done asap.

CIS Tax Deduction Certificates.
These are like money in the bank.
The subcontractors out there who get paid under CIS must ensure they get their certificates from their Contractors.
More and more Contractors appear to be failing to provide these although many will say they have been emailed.
Where everyone now has an email address and where the majority of people now run their lives on their smart phones it is getting more and more difficult to get these from our clients.
There has been an increase in changes made by HMRC to subcontractors tax returns without their or their accountants knowledge. This comes where the tax deducted as per the Return does not compare accurately to the tax declared and paid by the Contractors.
Please Mr Client trust us when we say that we need them.
You'll thank us in the long run.
