Filed first Confirmation Statement under the new ID rules and now there is a green tick to indicate the requirements are complete. Hopefully this will now eliminate duplicate directors with multiple directorships. It seems crazy why the PSC verification is different and there is a 14 day window next year to complete this task.

Yesterday was the annual pilgrimage to Accountex North and it was great to catch up with the software vendors that I use. As always Rebecca Benneyworth is an accomplished speaker on all things tax and is worth the trip alone.
