Job Title: Sales Office Administrator

Location: AIRDRIE
Reports To: Sales Manager
Salary: (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time / Permanent



About the Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Sales Office Administrator to join our team. This role provides essential administrative support to the sales department, ensuring smooth daily operations, efficient communication with customers, and accurate order processing. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.
• Prepare quotations, process sales orders and invoices accurately.
• Maintain and update customer records using the company SAGE system.
• Liaise with customers to provide order updates and handle enquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams (finance, logistics, production) to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Produce regular sales reports and assist with forecasting activities.
• Maintain filing systems and ensure all sales documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence professionally.



Skills & Experience
• Previous experience in a sales administration or office support role (preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking ability with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience using SAGE advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
