📣 Making Tax Digital (MTD) – New Support Options Available

With Making Tax Digital approaching, many business owners are starting to think about how they’ll manage the new quarterly reporting requirements.

To help make things simpler, we’ve introduced a range of MTD support options designed to suit different levels of involvement - whether you like to stay hands-on with your bookkeeping or would prefer us to manage it for you.

While every client package is tailored individually, our support broadly falls into three levels:
🔹 Core Support
You maintain your own bookkeeping and submit quarterly figures, with us reviewing everything at year end, making any adjustments needed and submitting the final declaration for you. Ideal if you’re confident keeping records but want reassurance and compliance covered.
🔹 Enhanced Support
You keep your bookkeeping up to date (using Xero), and we review things quarterly, submit updates on your behalf, and provide regular tax estimates so there are no surprises. A great option if you’d like more ongoing support and visibility throughout the year.
🔹 Ultimate Support
We take care of the bookkeeping for you, manage quarterly submissions, and provide regular profit figures and tax estimates. This is the most hands-off option and works well for those who want everything handled for them.

We can also provide software training where needed.

MTD is still evolving as HMRC release more details, so we’ll continue to keep clients updated as things progress. If you’d like to chat about what level of support would suit your business, feel free to pop us a message. 💬
