🚨 Price increases by Companies House from 1 May 2024 🚨

Fees for incorporation, confirmation statements, names changes and striking off your company, will all be increasing from 1 May 2024.

Confirmation statement fees are increasing from £13 to £34!

Cashflow management is important for all businesses.

We have 3 tips to creating better cashflow management.

Monitor & Forecast:
📌 Keep an eye on your money coming in, regularly monitor and anticipate the peaks and trenches in your business.
📌Keep your forecasts realistic, to account for any shortfalls during lean periods.

Optimise Accounts Payable/Receivable:
📌Strategically monitor your payables by keeping track of payment terms - negotiate longer terms or time them after income has been received.
📌 Develop good credit strategies/incentives to keep income coming in, and follow up on overdue accounts.
📌Review your overheads against your income, ask yourself, can we be doing anything different?

Create a Cash Reserve:
📌Unforeseen expenses and incidents can be blindsiding. Having a cash reserve or emergency fund allows your business to weather through the challenges.
📌Set aside a percentage of your profits to build the fund, as not to affect other aspects of your business.
