I arrived in the UK at 24.

Housekeeping. Reception. Beauty sales.
A business that went bankrupt.
Universal Credit. Divorce. Starting from zero.

And then — one decision that changed everything.

Today AVG Education has supported 37,000+ students from 27 nationalities.
Award-winning three years in a row.
5/5 on Trustpilot.
Canary Wharf, London.

I am not sharing this to impress you.

I am sharing this because the people who built this with me
came from exactly where you might be right now.

They were working jobs that didn't reflect their potential.
They were looking for something that felt meaningful.
They found AVG Education — and they never looked back.

Our marketing affiliates don't just earn.
They change lives. Every single day.

They help Eastern European immigrants in the UK
understand that education is not a dream.
It is a tool. And it is accessible to them.

If you are:

✓ From an Eastern European background
✓ Living and working in the UK
✓ Looking for a role that combines income with real impact
✓ Ready to be part of something bigger than a job

— then I want to talk to you.

AVG Education is constantly growing.
And we are always looking for the right people to grow with us.

Not just anyone.
The right ones.

Something I did not expect when we became Main Sponsors of the Romanian GCSE Campaign:

Dr Tessa Dunlop — a British historian and academic — is one of the most passionate advocates for the Romanian community in the UK that I have ever met.

She is fighting for Romanian children to learn their mother tongue in British schools.

Not because she is Romanian. Because she believes it is right.

If a British academic shows up for our community with that level of dedication — the least we can do is show up too.

I used to think £1,500 a month
was good money.

I didn't know I was
in survival mode.

The difference between
£2,500 and £5,000 a month
in the UK is not effort.

It's one qualification.

Which level are you at right now?
Tell me in the comments. 👇🌍

The difference between £2,500 and £5,000 a month in the UK is not effort.

I used to think working harder was the answer. I was exhausted and going nowhere.

The people earning double aren't working double the hours. They made one decision earlier — the right qualification at the right time.

I was at level 1. I know what it feels like. And I know exactly what changed it.

Are you level 1 or level 2 right now? Tell me in the comments. 👇🌍❤️

Most Eastern European women in the UK are stuck at levels 2 and 3.

Comfortable enough not to panic. Not comfortable enough to grow.

That's the trap. It feels like stability. It's actually a ceiling.

I was at level 1. £872 a month. Housekeeping.

The thing that moved me wasn't working harder. It was one qualification that changed what I was worth on paper.

People at level 6 and 7 are not smarter than you. They just understood the system sooner.

Which level are you at right now? 👇🌍❤️

This is why we show up every day.

Two students. Two different journeys. One thing in common — they didn't go through it alone.

Paperwork. Delays. Moments of doubt. We stayed. Because that's what we do.

At AVG Education we don't just enrol students. We walk the whole journey with them.

If you're thinking about starting — and you're scared it will be too complicated — read that last sentence again.

You won't be alone either. 🌍❤️

I came to the UK for the money. I had no idea I'd find the woman I was going to become.

14 years. Housekeeping to business owner. And I am proud of every single step.

If you are a Slavic or Balkan woman in the UK thinking about what comes next — you can write to me.

In Eastern European culture, you don’t ask for help. You don’t complain. You don’t stop. You just carry more. And you call it strength.

Survival mode felt like responsibility. Until years passed and I realised — I hadn’t lived. I had just survived.

The exhaustion wasn’t proof I was doing the right thing. It was a sign something needed to change.
I was divorced. Broke. Running on empty. Telling myself this is just what strength looks like. It wasn’t.

I rebuilt my life from zero. And if I did it, so can you. Tell me in the comments. Where are you from and were you raised the same way?

AVG Education has now helped over 25,000 people get into university in the UK 🎓✨

And honestly… that means more to us than any number.

Because behind every application is a real person:
• someone wanting a better future
• someone feeling stuck
• someone trying to create more opportunities for themselves or their family

As an award-winning educational agency, our mission has never been just about getting people into university.

It’s about helping people change direction.

Better opportunities.
Better careers.
More confidence.
A different life.

Many of the people we support are:
👉 working full-time
👉 raising families
👉 rebuilding after difficult moments
👉 trying to grow while living in the UK

And that’s exactly why flexible education matters.

Nobody leaves home dreaming of survival mode.

But this is the reality for so many people in the UK right now.

You work full-time.
You do everything right.

And still…

there’s barely anything left at the end of the month.

So you take more shifts.
Work more hours.
Get more exhausted.

But the problem isn’t effort.

The problem is that minimum wage has a ceiling.

At some point, I realised:

I didn’t move countries just to survive.

That’s when I started looking for another direction.

And education became one of the biggest turning points in my life.
