Role: Administrator (Full Time, Permanent)
Locations: Lossiemouth, Moray
Due to internal progression, Stewart Lyon Ltd is pleased to have an opportunity for an administrator to join our well-established financial services team Permanent. We have been providing highly personalised financial planning and investment advice in Lossiemouth for over 40 years and specialise in retirement planning, investment management, home finances and all aspects of insurance.
The Opportunity
You would be responsible, along with our administration team, for general administration, diary management, client liaison, updating records, gathering provider information, valuations & transactions as well as processing new business & proof-reading documents.
We like to invest in the professional development of our staff and provide opportunities for relevant study and career progression.
Responsibilities
• Answering calls and managing the switch board, welcoming clients and handling general enquiries.
• Typing and proof-reading documents & processing the incoming and outgoing mail.
• Updating the client database & maintaining archive.
• Supporting advisers service new and existing clients
Requirements
• Strong Communication skills – verbal and written.
• IT skills including good computer literacy, excellent typing and experience of Microsoft office are essential.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask.
• Demonstration of initiative
• Financial Services experience advantageous but not essential.
