We live in a world full of stress, worry, anxiety and panic. These feeling have been compounded here in the Uk through senseless acts of terrorism on innocent people. These feelings and emotions are hard to escape from, they are in the very core of us and when our anxiety bucket is full to the brim and we see images on tv of what our life is like now it can be very hard to cope and escape those feelings. I specialise in helping young people and adults deal with their anxieties . Everything is relative and no reason to seek life coaching is too small, it just means you are making the first step to a better you . In a world where we are used to getting everything right now, this Sunday look around you close your eyes and think of all the things you already have. The things that money can't buy, the things that make you truly blessed and smile . For these things are the ones that matter and we sometimes need reminding of that, so pick up the phone today to someone you keep meaning to make that call to, pop into the neighbour you haven't seen for a while and tell the people around you that you love them and how much they mean to you .

I love this quote ..the world and life is full of knocks and each day we are bombarded with images on tv and the media that are frightening, disturbing and upsetting. It is hard to know how we can make the world a better place when we are a small fish in such a big sea. Small steps everyday make big steps and a smile can change someone's day in a second. Costs nothing and is infectious ...smile for no reason at all to at least ten people this weekend and see how it makes you feel

Standing at the gym today I realised that very few people interact with each other . Even when there is a common aim which in this case being fitness, people zone into their own world and technology. We all need space and time for ourselves, but a little smile and a hello can go a long way. If someone wants to then engage in conversation they will and who knows where it may lead.
