✅ Great Western Mining - Placing and Appointment of Joint Broker!

Great Western Mining Corporation PLC (AIM - GWMO), which is exploring and developing gold, silver and copper targets in Mineral County, Nevada, is pleased to announce the successful completion of an oversubscribed placing to raise gross proceeds (before expenses) of £800,000 through the issue of 1,000,000,000 new Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.08 pence each.



Great Western Chairman Brian Hall commented: "The net proceeds from the Placing will allow the Company to commit to constructing the mill which will process gold and silver concentrates in anticipation of first revenues.

These funds will also accelerate the next phase of exploration, including the drilling of pre-permitted shallow follow-up holes at Mineral Jackpot and for further work at the OMCO Mine to appraise significant intercepts encountered in 2022.

We look forward to building on the successes of our last two drilling seasons."

Tower Resources plc (AIM: TRP), the Africa-focused energy company, is pleased to announce the completion of an institutional placing to Energy Exploration Capital Partners, a U.S.-based institutional investor. 🎯



Jeremy Asher, Tower's Chairman and CEO, commented:



"We are very pleased to announce this placing to EECP. The placing has been structured specifically to fit alongside the intended bank financing led by BGFI Bank Group, which is presently awaiting group credit committee approval.

The timing and amounts are flexible, to enable us to accommodate other sources of financing if we wish, and to adapt to the final schedule of the NJOM-3 well on the Njonji structure in our Thali PSC area in Cameroon.

We are continuing to discuss alternative rig options for this critical well, which will be targeting the appraisal and testing of 18 million barrels (Mean) of Contingent Resources and will also be penetrating additional potential reservoirs containing further prospective resources unconnected to the original two Njonji discovery wells.

We are excited to be moving forward with this transformative project."
