The PROVE Act, HR4851, is a bill that, if passed, results in US citizens living abroad being reclassified as DC residents. DC doesn't get a vote at the Senate level. Further, you aren't allowed to vote at all if you don't happen to have a US permanent resident address. I do not have one of those. I have a US address I can use, but it's not where I live so it won't qualify.
This bill will result in taxation without representation.
This is EXACTLY what your forebears fought for.
