It was great to visit Dynamic Wrexham yesterday with Gavin Belton-Rose, and present them with the £2,455 we raised by completing Cardiff HYROX in April.

It was fantastic to see the amazing facilities they have and learn more about the incredible work they do in our community.

A huge thank you to our clients, friends and supporters who helped us raise this fantastic amount

A warm welcome to Sophie, the newest member of our team 🎉 As an Apprentice Accountant, Sophie will be combining on the job learning in the Wrexham office with studying AAT at Coleg Cambria.

Of course, we had to celebrate with a team lunch at The Bank and coffee in Bank Street Social ☕️

And just like that we became a team of Six as Lily joined us today as our new Apprentice Accountant. Lily will be combining on the job learning in the Wrexham office with studying AAT at Coleg Cambria.

It doesn’t feel that long ago that I was leaving employment and starting AB Accountancy with nothing but a laptop from my spare bedroom but as of today we have created five new jobs in the area. So much thanks to all our clients who put their faith in us.

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Apprentice Accountant to join our team and build a long-term career with us.

What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting with bookkeeping and data entry
- Preparing VAT returns
- Supporting the preparation of year-end accounts
- Working with cloud accounting software
- Communicating with clients and helping resolve queries
- Learning how to interpret financial data and provide insights

What we’re looking for:
- A genuine interest in accountancy and business
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable using technology and keen to learn new systems
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade 5/C or above preferred)
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
