What’s my onboarding process for new clients?

1. Initial Discovery Call: We’ve discussed your goals and how we can work together. Now, you can request a quote.

2. Information Request: I will send you a new client information request form to gather details about your business.

3. Quote Preparation: You will receive a bespoke quote via email. I’ll be available to walk you through it and make any necessary adjustments.

4. Engagement Letter: If you’re satisfied with the quote and wish to proceed, I will send a letter of engagement for signature outlining the terms and conditions.

5. Onboarding Information: To set up my files, I will need specific information from you. An onboarding request email will be sent for you to securely upload proof of identification, complying with Money Laundering Regulations.

6. Professional Clearance: I will contact your previous bookkeeper or accountant (if you already have one) to request professional clearance and any relevant information.

7. Agent Authorisation: If you require VAT returns or self-assessment tax submissions, I will apply for the necessary agent authorisation to act on your behalf with HMRC.

8. Accounting Software Access: I will request access to your accounting software or assist in setting it up, depending on your current system.

9. Commencement of Services: Once all steps are completed, we can begin working together to achieve your financial goals!
