Throwback Thursday to our Client Bazaar in Derby last week!

We had a wonderful evening and welcomed some of Derby’s finest local businesses, each bringing their own expertise and passion into the room.

The vendors ranged from deli and wine, to timeless classic cars, to those exploring the story of Derby’s museum.

It was an evening of discovery, connection and community spirit all in one room and was a wonderful opportunity to show our clients just how much we appreciate them.

A big thank you to our Events team for making these evenings possible.

Mattioli Woods renews Leicester Tigers partnership for 2026/27

We're delighted to extend our partnership with Leicester Tigers for the 2026/27 season – retaining naming rights to Mattioli Woods Welford Road Stadium and the Mattioli Woods Stand, and being on the training kit this year.

The results are in and they might surprise you.

A couple of weeks ago, we asked our LinkedIn followers: how many hours per year does the UK state curriculum dedicate to financial education?

Only 2% of respondents got it right. The answer? Just 11 hours a year.

That means the vast majority of people assume young people are getting even less financial education than they actually receive and even 11 hours is nowhere near enough to prepare them for adult life.
