Anyone earning revenue through google adsense will now fall under the jusrisdiction of US tax legislation. Which could mean that up to 24% of your income could be deducted. However the UK has tax treaties in place which will mean that this deduction at source can be avoided, by simply providing your unique tax reference number.
However if you fail to provide the relevant information you could be liable to a tax deduction. But all is not lost, you will benefit from double taxation relief which can be reclaimed through your self assessment.
