We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Semi Senior Accountant to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid experience in accounting software and preparing final accounts, who’s ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing accounts for sole traders and limited companies
• Reconciling profit & loss accounts and balance sheets
• Completing corporation tax returns
• Preparing self-assessment tax returns
• Handling quarterly MTD income tax submissions
• Supporting and training junior team members
• Working with accounting software such as Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, and IRIS

Requirements:

• 2–3 years’ experience within an accountancy practice
• AAT qualified

Working Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm

Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, Sage Cloud and Sage 50 is preferred.

Previous practice experience is advantageous, but we will also consider candidates with a finance background.

Of course, with the rapid approach of Santa's sleigh, we also power on ahead to 31st of January 2026 with only 40 working days left to prepare your self assessment tax return! If you haven't already sent us your documentation, please send your information in as soon as possible for our magical elves to work their magic.
