What an incredible day ☀️🐎

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and supported us today. We were blessed with the most beautiful sunny weather, a fantastic turnout of people, and some brilliant horse racing that made the day truly special.

Days like today simply wouldn’t be possible without the huge amount of work that goes on behind the scenes. A heartfelt thank you to all of the sponsors, volunteers, organisers, and everyone who gave their time, energy and effort to make the event happen. Your dedication is what makes the Buccleuch Point to Point such a success year after year.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who helped, supported, attended and cheered from the sidelines, it was wonderful to see so many people enjoying the day together.

The point-to-point world is devastated to hear of the sudden death of Sam Lee on Friday 6th March. Our deepest sympathies go out to Sam’s family and his many friends.

Sam, 27, was a hugely popular figure on the point-to-point scene and his tragic death is a huge shock for all.

Tomorrow’s point-to-point meeting will be holding a minute’s silence ahead of racing in memory of Sam.
