Some of us train together, some of us go to the match together, some of us celebrate birthdays together.. Genuine friendships have formed across the team, and we choose to spend time together outside of work! We aren’t simply colleagues, and that makes the workplace happier, more supportive and less stressful.

Those strong relationships help us communicate openly, support one another and work better as a team. We share knowledge, step in when someone needs help and work together towards the same goals — which ultimately creates a smoother and more positive experience for our clients.

We are incredibly proud to announce that KP Simpson has been selected as a regional finalist in the National Apprenticeship Awards! 🎉

Apprentices have played a huge part in the growth of KP Simpson over the years.

We’re passionate about giving people the opportunity to learn, gain real experience and build a long term career within accountancy. Seeing our apprentices progress, take on more responsibility and become such an important part of the firm is something we are extremely proud of.

Apprentices don’t just learn from our team - they contribute to it.

A huge thank you to Chloe, Denten, Ryan, Cameron, Marley, Owen and Ewan, who have all come through or are currently progressing through our apprenticeship programme.

The regional awards take place on 30 September. Winning would be amazing, but being selected as a finalist is already a fantastic achievement and a testament to everyone involved!
