Community News w/ Inverurie Academy Health and Wellbeing

“We’re all in this together.”

As a valued partner of Inverurie Academy, we hope you don’t mind us reaching out to seek your support.

Following the outstanding success of School of Rock in October 2024, we are delighted to be returning to the Inverurie Town Hall in October 2026 with High School Musical—what promises to be another truly memorable and show-stopping production.

As you can appreciate, staging an event of this scale involves significant costs. We are therefore reaching out to local businesses to ask if you would consider supporting our talented cast and crew of 2026.

If you feel this is something you may be interested in, please contact us at [email protected], and we would be delighted to discuss this further with you.

Thank you for your continued support of Inverurie Academy.

As Scotland’s football stars compete in the World Cup, communities are being encouraged to show their support by flying the flag for their local businesses and the people behind them.
Behind every small business is a neighbour, a friend or a family member. And, as we celebrate Scotland on the global sporting stage, we can also celebrate the people at our grassroots who make our towns and neighbourhoods great.

At the heart of the campaign is a simple message: think local first. Supporting local businesses helps to protect jobs, sustain enterprises, encourage investment and create vibrant, attractive places to live and work.

Scotland Loves Local Week provides the perfect opportunity to celebrate everything that makes communities unique, while inspiring residents to show even greater support for their local economy.

To support Scotland Loves Local Week and of course the Scotland Football Team, Inverurie BID are encouraging businesses to decorate their windows with a Scotland Football theme, the windows will be judged independently and the winner will receive a £100 Aberdeenshire loves Local Gift Card which can be redeemed at over 70 Inverurie businesses, details below:
