I am looking for a proactive freelance/self-employed Marketing Specialist to join our financial planning team in Ilkley at Bowcliffe Wealth Management Ltd.

This is a flexible role of 1-2 days a week which can be done remotely or from our offices at 50-52 Skipton Road, Ilkley, LS29 9EP or a combination of both.

Bowcliffe Wealth Management Ltd is a Senior Partner Practice of St. James’s Place Wealth Management (SJP), one of the largest advice-led wealth management firms in the UK.

We provide goals-based financial planning to our clients.

As Marketing Specialist, you will initiate and manage the practice’s marketing activities, liaising with Sarah and SJP Head Office.

You must have a strong, proven background in Marketing & PR with an understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice. This includes SEO, content creation, social media and a good knowledge of local/regional media.

A very strong attention to detail and organisational abilities is a prerequisite and you must have a self-starter positive attitude. A marketing agency background is desirable.

Exciting news! Siddons & Co Financial Planning has changed!

If you've passed by our offices recently, you'll have noticed something different.

We are delighted to announce that Siddons & Co Financial Planning, which was founded by Sarah Siddons in 2008 with me coming on board in 2019, has joined together with the well-established financial advice provider, Bowcliffe Wealth Management.

Bowcliffe Wealth Management, also a Senior Partner Practice of St. James’s Place, is owned by Director Adrian Brook and located at Bowcliffe Hall near Wetherby.

Our offices, under the new Bowcliffe Wealth Management branding, will still be based at 50-52 Skipton Road in Ilkley and I will be remaining as a Financial Adviser in the practice.

It’s been a rewarding and personally fulfilling journey for both me and Sarah, and we are proud to have helped many clients along the way achieve their financial goals.

This decision will allow us to be able to offer a broader level of service and support infrastructure for our clients and will allow the two practices to be stronger together.
