We’re Hiring a Digital Finance Accountant

We are looking for someone who enjoys helping business owners understand their numbers, improve their systems and make confident decisions.

If you want a role where your ideas matter and your work feels meaningful, this could be the right step.

You will produce and review management accounts, support planning and cash flow discussions, help implement systems such as Xero and Zoho, and contribute to the development of our Your Digital Finance Office service.

You will also play a key part in shaping processes, supporting the team and guiding clients with clarity and calm.

At Accounting and Beyond, you will join a supportive team, work in a modern environment and enjoy flexibility that works for real life. This includes hybrid working, flexible hours, school-run support and the option for a nine-day fortnight. You will have space to grow, influence change and develop your advisory and systems skills.

🎯 Focus Friday

This week we met a new client who arrived stressed and worried about the state of their Xero data and the fact that the system was telling them a VAT owing figure that they knew was incorrect but had no idea why.

They felt unable to produce reliable monthly management reports and were concerned that decisions were being made without clarity.

We spent a full day together carrying out a detailed diagnostic review of their entire finance system.

We then presented a clear action plan that showed what needed fixing, how it would be done and what they could expect at each stage.

The result was immediate calm and confidence.
They told us they finally felt understood, supported and certain that the issues would be resolved.
They asked us to get started straight away.
