Payroll Manager, Bookkeeper and Admin assistant position/positions
Based here in our Hungerford office, you will be part of a small friendly team with a varied role to include:
• Senior contact in charge of the payroll bureau service for approx. 70 clients on BrightPay software, including auto enrolment pension duties.
• Bookkeeping for clients on Xero.
• Ad hoc office admin duties when required.
Candidate requirements:
• Confident in payroll duties including auto enrolment and ability to manage a payroll bureau.
• Experienced in using Xero.
• Confident in MS office (word/excel/outlook).
• Pro-active, ability to manage deadlines and own work flow.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience of working in an accountancy practice would be advantageous but not essential.
The Role:
• Permanent Full time/Part time/Split role
• Full time - Monday to Friday 9-5 with 1-hour lunch (35 hour week).
• Part time – Flexible hours to suit.
• Salary £30,000 per annum (pro rata)
