I often meet with new clients who tell me what they're looking for (or what they THINK they are looking for) and I can actually find them a slightly different service or plan to better suit their needs. In this case it ended up being an additional product to support the initial service required. Another happy client 👍

I've mentioned that I'm a dog fan and love meeting my client's best friends, often if their appointment is at their own home. So you can imagine how lovely it was to make a new furry-friend (Harley the cockapoo) whilst on holiday 🐾

I don't know about you but I'm a total dog fan! This is Lucy who is our part-time pet and we adore her 🐾 I often meet with clients who have pets and if there's a furry friend at the meeting, it's a delight!
