RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE MANAGER REQUIRED!!!

Friendly, outgoing and good at dealing with people??
Able to take on a variety of roles, functions and multi-task??
Wanting to join a small, friendly firm with a long-standing place in the heart of New Mills??
Then you could be just the person we are looking for!!
This part-time role (25 – 30 hours pw) involves:-
• Secretarial duties including typing, answering calls, face-to-face enquiries;
• Credit control;
• Being responsible for monitoring and ensuring filing deadlines are met;
• Being responsible for on-boarding new clients;
• Liaising between clients and accounts/tax staff;
• Various types of on-line filing (training will be given);
• Ordering stationery, office supplies, etc.
• Maintaining general office procedures.
